The rules for using Mizasi

About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Mizasi Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17412116), whose registered office is Unit 16, Slough Business Park, 94 Farnham Road, Slough, England, SL1 3FQ. By creating an account you agree to them. Our privacy notice explains how we use data.

Your account

You must be 18 or over and the parent or legal guardian of any child you add. You're responsible for keeping your password and parent PIN safe, and for supervising your child's use of Mizasi.

Plans, free period and payment

Founding families get 3 months free. After that the plan costs £19.99 per month including VAT, and covers up to 3 children. We remind you 7 days before the free period ends. You won't be charged unless you've added a payment method and chosen to continue.

If a payment fails, we'll let you know and give you 7 days to update your details, and your child can keep learning in that time. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change.

Cancelling, pausing and refunds

You can cancel any time in Parent zone → Account → Plan & billing. Your plan then runs to the end of the paid period. You can also pause for 1–3 months without charge.

You have a 14-day right to cancel after your first paid charge, and we'll refund you in full. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Using Mizasi fairly

Mizasi is for personal, non-commercial family use. Please don't share accounts outside your household, copy or resell our questions, or try to interfere with the service.

Our content and results

We own the Mizasi app, questions, lessons and design. You keep ownership of anything you send us.

Mizasi supports preparation for the 11+, but we can't guarantee exam results or a school place. The 'readiness' figures are estimates meant to guide learning.

Our responsibility to you

We'll provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

If we make important changes to these terms, we'll tell you in advance. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and if you live elsewhere in the UK you can also bring claims in your local courts. You can contact us at stealth@mizasi.com or on 07951 005721.
