What age is Mizasi for?
Children aged 7–11 in Years 3 to 6. Mizasi changes its pace to your child's year group and how long it is until their exam.
Which exam boards do you cover?
GL Assessment, CEM, ISEB, CSSE and Medway. Set your child's board and exam date in the Parent zone, and their path and mock exams will follow that format.
How does Mizasi adapt to my child?
It starts with two short games and a Smart Profile, then learns from every answer: what your child gets right, how long they take, and where they get stuck. It reorders their path daily and brings back topics before they fade.
Can my child choose their own topics?
Yes. Nothing is locked. Your child can pick any topics to learn or to test themselves on, and Mizasi puts them in a sensible order.
How do I add another child?
Open the Parent zone, go to Account and choose 'Add child'. One plan covers up to 3 children, each with their own path.
I forgot my parent PIN
On the PIN screen, tap 'Forgot PIN' and confirm your account password. Your child's progress isn't affected.
How do I cancel or pause?
Go to Parent zone → Account → Plan & billing. You can pause for 1–3 months or cancel at the end of your billing period. It takes two taps.
What data do you keep about my child?
Only their first name, year group, exam details and learning data such as answers and timings. We never ask for a child's email, photo or location. You can download or delete everything from Parent zone → Account → Privacy & data.
