Try a question

A typical 11+ verbal reasoning question, marked the way Mizasi marks it: not only right or wrong, but why.

Hot is to cold as up is to …

  • Ahigh
  • Bdown
  • Csky
Show the answer

down. Hot and cold are opposites, so the answer is the opposite of up.

Verbal reasoning questions

Is verbal reasoning in every 11+ exam?

Not always. Each area and school sets its own mix of subjects, and many include verbal reasoning. Check the admissions pages of the schools you're applying to, then tell Mizasi your exam board so practice matches it.

Which question types does Mizasi cover?

All the common ones: vocabulary, letter and number codes, sequences, logic, maths-based questions, and the cloze and shuffled-sentence styles used in GL and CEM papers.

When should my child start?

Mizasi is built for ages 7 to 11, from Year 3 to exam day. Starting earlier means less to cover each week, and short daily sessions are easier to keep up than long weekend ones.

Does practice match my exam board?

Yes. Mizasi covers GL Assessment, CEM, ISEB, CSSE and Medway, and mock exams follow your board’s style.

How much does it cost?

Founding families get 3 months free, then it’s £19.99 a month for up to 3 children. No card is needed to join.
